Tom Cruise Son Gets Role in Will Smith Film

Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman’s adopted son Connor Cruise is following in the footsteps of his parents and has launched his acting career. The 13-year-old is set to make his movie debut in the upcoming film “Seven Pounds,” which stars Will Smith Woody Harrelson and Rosario Dawson.

People magazine reports that Connor had to try out for the role. He will play a younger version of Smith’s character.
“Tom is so proud of Connor. He’s proud of him for really doing this on his own,” says an insider.
